Assault and Narcotics, Deputies Arrest 4, SEVEN OAKS, October 7, 2025 - On October 6, 2025, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to an assault call in Seven Oaks, Texas. Deputies arrived on scene and began investigating and was assisted by a Narcotics Detective. During the investigation, deputies developed probable cause that led to a search warrant being issued by Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4, Jamie Richardson.
The assault investigation was completed by the Patrol Division, resulting in multiple arrests related to the assault. Following the lawful search of the residence and vehicles on scene, Narcotics Detectives located evidence of illegal drug activity. Cocaine, marijuana, and packaging materials commonly used for narcotics distribution were found in a vehicle driven by Brian Okeith Cooper.
Inside the residence, detectives discovered a firearm, methamphetamine (between 4 and 200 grams), cocaine, and glass pipes commonly associated with smoking methamphetamine/cocaine. Several debit and credit cards not belonging to any occupant were also found. An investigation into the rightful owners to see if they were victims of debit/credit card abuse is active at this time.
