Detective Marty Drake grills robbery suspect, Thomas Stewart Hocomb, 34, of Livingston
Rob Bank, Catch Cab, Get Caught, LIVINGSTON, November 19, 2018 - Shortly before 1 pm on November 19, 2018, the Livingston Police Department caught the man who allegedly robbed First National Bank in Downtown Livingston. After the alleged robbery, the suspect, Thomas Stewart Holcomb, 34, of Livingston, fled west on West Church Street on foot. Shortly thereafter, Holcomb flagged down a cab with 350 Cab Co. and driven by Minister Kevin Brown. Brown had no idea that his passenger was the main suspect in a bank robbery that just occurred. According to Brown, while driving, the suspect decided he wanted to go to a liquor store. Brown was pressed for time due to other commitments. Brown then got a call from 350 cab dispatch who informed him "not to panic". The dispatcher informed Brown that his passenger is probably the suspect in a robbery. At that time, Brown noticed a Livingston Police car following his cab. The Police lit him up, and pulled Brown over (190 East at Country Wood Subdivision). Brown pulled over, exited the cab, and Holcomb was apprehended without incident.
Please see the video below of suspect Holcomb and interview with Minister Kevin Brown.
