Vehicle in Suspected Robbery Attempt Believed Found, LIVINGSTON, November 16, 2014 - Shortly before 11 am on November 16, 2014, a passer by reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the grass next to private property off FM-350 North (less than a mile from 190 West).  Sergeant Scott Paske was joined by other Officers from Livingston PD, Deputy Craig Taylor with the Polk County Sheriff's Office, and Trooper Kevin Burman with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Detective Marty Drake from Livingston PD was also summoned to the scene.  The vehicle, a 2014 Nissan Sentra, allegedly was stolen out of Houston and used by two black males who are suspected of trying to illegally enter First State Bank Headquarters in Livingston the day before (Saturday Nov. 15).  The men reportedly tried to enter the bank after the bank was closed.  The vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and was to be impounded by Livingston PD for further investigation.

Officer Scott Paske (right) was joined by other officers from Livingston PD, the Polk County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Highway Patrol.
The vehicle was allegedly stolen out of Houston.
Detective Marty Drake was summoned to investigate the alleged criminal activity.
The locked vehicle had dents on the passenger side doors.
