Relay for Life 2011 Huge Success, LIVINGSTON, May 2, 2011 - The 10th annual Polk County Relay for Life was held on April 30/May 1. This year's Executive Director was Casey Evans. Evans did a fantastic job of coordinating this year's celebration/fund raiser. So far, $225,000 has been raised which speaks volumes about the generosity of Polk Countians considering we're in the middle of one of the worst economies in decades. According to Evans, we still have several months to reach the goal of $300,000.
