Polk County Farm Bureau Queen Competition, LIVINGSTON, July 26, 2008 - The Queen and Talent contests were held for Texas Farm Bureau District 9 in Livingston on Saturday, July 19, 2008 First Baptist Church in Livingston. Our Polk County contestants gathered to compete for the top spots against others from the Texas Farm Bureau District 9 County's. The winners will move on to the State Competition at the TFB annual conference to be held in December at Corpus Christi. Polk County Farm Bureau is proud to have our Queen Ms. Shelby Gonzales entered for Queen and Ms Joanna Malone entered for Talent. Shelby won the District 9 competition and will move on to compete for Queen of Texas Farm Bureau. Polk County Farm Bureau is very proud to have these ladies represent our County in their quests for Scholarships.
