30 year old Dustin Sanders, of Livingston, attempted to evade police on a motorcycle and crashed.

Motorcycle Pursuit Ends in Crash, LIVINGSTON, August 7, 2020 - At approximately 5 pm on August 7, 2020, Lieutenant Andy Lowrie with the Polk County Sheriff's Office was south-bound on US-59 and spotted a south-bound motorcycle driving 70 mph in a 55. Lieutenant Lowrie attempted a traffic stop, but the driver, Dustin Darrell Sanders, 30, of Livingston, opted to evade. A short pursuit on the feeder ensued near Livingston Walmart. As Sanders crossed 190 he lost control and was ejected from his bike (in the median directly across the street from McDonalds). Law enforcement from the Sheriff's Office and Livingston Police Department converged on Sanders and he was cuffed. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene and checked Sanders. As a precautionary measure, Sanders was transported to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital. Sanders is likely facing multiple charges. Sanders has appeared very many times in the Daily Arrest Report on this website. Sanders' motorcycle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
