A large opened bottle of gin was found in Chris Barclay's Buick LeSabre.
Traffic Stop, Passenger Arrested for Possession, LIVINGSTON, March 1, 2015 - At approximately 11:45 pm on February 28, 2015, Deputies Terry Valka and Cedric McDuffie with the Polk County Sheriff's Office, stopped a vehicle for erratic driving at the south end of Pan American Drive in Livingston.  The driver, Chris Barclay, 40, of Hillster, acted suspicious.  Barclay and his passenger, Tina Nicole Scott, 34, of Chester, were asked to step out of the vehicle.  Consent was given to search the vehicle.  By now, Deputies Valka and McDuffie were Joined by Sergeant Glen Edwards (also with the Sheriff's Office).  A search turned up a large bottle of gin, and passenger Scott had 5 packages of fake weed in her purse.  Tina Scott was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance.  Chris Barclay was not intoxicated, but was cited for an open container and failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.
