American Legion Riders from Post 402 Holds Annual Fund Raiser for Peace Officers Association, LIVINGSTON, April 22, 2012 - On Saturday, April 21, 2012, the American Legion Riders from Post 402 in Livingston held their 3rd annual Polk County Peace Officers Association fundraiser. The event attracted a nice crowd where food was served and an auction was held. Polk County Peace Officers Association acting President, Sergeant Rob Thomas (with the Polk County Sheriff's Office) was in attendance as well as Sheriff Ken Hammack and a host of other local peace officers and their families. The funds raised from the event go towards local students in the form of educational scholarships and other worthy causes.

Sergeant Rob Thomas (with the Polk County Sheriff's Office) is the President of the Polk County Peace Officers Associaton. Thomas displays a custom built container that he won in the auction on Saturday.
Polk County Sheriff, Ken Hammack, was actively participating in the fundraiser.
