Arrest of Alleged Prostitiute Just the Tip of the Iceberg, ONALASKA, March 29, 2014 - On March 12, 2014, the Onalaska Police Department was given information about a possible prostitute operating in the City limits. Police were alsog given a tip about a website, identifying the suspect and operations. An investigation was conducted during the following weeks by Sergeant Josh Alexander and Officer Forrest Tooley. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for the suspect, Amanda Kaye Reynolds, AKA “Roxxxie Red.” On March 27, 2014, Sergeant Josh Alexander, Officer Forrest Tooley and Officer Albert Richard, accompanied by Polk County Sheriff Deputy Byron Dunaway, executed the arrest warrant and a subsequent search warrant at 129 Seagull Lane in Onalaska. The Officers' search rendered multiple cell phones, computers, numerous sex toys, stolen credit cards, as well as drug paraphernalia and controlled substances. During the course of the investigation, the names of several local men, involved in solicitation of prostitution was given to investigators. Investigators also received the names of local narcotic traffickers in and around the city. Amanda Reynolds was booked into the Polk County Jail for enhanced prostitution (State Jail Felony) because of six prior convictions and a Bond Forfeiture warrant out of Dallas County for Possession of Cocaine. Several other charges are pending based on information gathered during the investigation.
