2010 Miss Polk County, Texas

17 year old Mandy Drager is crowned 2010 Miss Polk County.
Mandy Drager Takes the Crown of 2010 Miss Polk County, LIVINGSTON, January 31, 2010 - The 2010 Miss Polk County Pageant concluded Saturday night at 10 pm with 2009 Miss Polk County Shelby Gonzalez placing the crown atop the head of Livingston's 17 year old, Mandy Drager. Drager took the crown while 17 year old Shelbey Dickens of Big Sandy took second runner up, and first runner up went to 17 year old Kelsey Newkham of Livingston.  Officer Marty Drake with the Livingston Police Department was quite entertaining as the evening's master of ceremonies and was assisted by Shelby Gonzalez.  The Pageant followed the usual format of:  Parade of Contestants followed by talent performances followed by evening gown presentation. The Studio C Dancers also did two performances to entertain between sets.  The format also included the presentation of the five finalists who were each interviewed on stage.  Each of the five finalists (Kelsey Newkham, Rosa Zermeno, Chasity Molina, Mandy Drager, Shelbey Dickens) were asked:  "In what ways could you increase volunteerism in Polk County?" while the other candidates waited in a soundproof room. The show concluded with the announcement of the winners in various categories followed by the coronation of 2010 Miss Polk County:
