Lindsey Moore Takes Miss Polk County Crown, LIVINGSTON, January 25, 2016 - The 2016 MIss Polk County Pageant is in the books. Out of nine contestants, it was Lindsey Moore who took the crown for 2016 Miss Polk County, Texas. The nine contestants, included: Anna Bass, Kahly Jackson, Allison Kendrick, Isabella Munson, Samantha Lowe, Darian Drake, Brooke White, Lindsey Moore, and Kassi Narragon. Masters of Ceremony were Joel Cassiday and Tammi Ogletree who were joined by 2015 Miss Polk County Texas, Savanah Steffey. The competition included: interview, evening gowns, talent and a surprise question. Out of the nine contestants, there was a top five selection that included: Brooke White, Darian Drake, Anna Bass, Lindsey Moore, and Isabella Munson. All nine contestants shown brightly, but there could only be one winner. By the end of the show, it was Lindsey Moore who managed to sway the judges in her favor. Addtionally, entertainment was provided by the Studio C Dancers who put on a fantastic show as the young dancers appeared as skeletons that appeared from behind grave stones in New Orleans' St. Louis Cemetery.

Miss Polk County: Lindsey Moore
Additionally, there was a Junior Miss Polk County Competition that included contestants Haley Houston and Alyssa Rood. Rood took the crown for Junior Miss.
