Local Church Music Director Faces 3 Felonies for Voyeuristic Type Activity, LUFKIN, November 10, 2010 - A local church music director in Livingston is facing 3 felony counts for voyeuristic type actions that he allegedly committed in Lufkin. Nathan Scott Kesler, 35, of Livingston, has been arrested by Lufkin Police. Kessler allegedly put a hidden camera in the ladies restroom at Dollar King in Lufkin where he worked as a manager. According to sources, pictures were found on Kesler's cell phone of 2 female employees and one picture of a small girl who was a customer that were allegedly taken from the camera. On the afternoon of November 10, 2010, authorities arrested Kesler in Lufkin and charged him with three felony counts improper visual photography and/or recording. Lufkin Police (with assistance from the Livingston Police Department and investigators from the Polk County Criminal District Attorney's Office) confiscated his computer and other evidence from his home in Livingston. At time of press Kesler remains in Angelina County Jail.
