This 1997 Dodge pickup was reported stolen out of Nacogdoches on February 14, 2012 and recovered by Officer Brandon Brewer of the Livingston Police Department 2 days later.
Stolen Nacogdoches Vehicle Recovered in Livingston, LIVINGSTON, February 16, 2012 - Shortly before 1 pm on February 16, 2012, Officer Brandon Brewer with the Livingston Police Department spotted a black 1997 Dodge pickup driving in Livingston. Brewer noticed that the driver did not have a seatbelt on and ran the license plate. The vehicle came back as reported stolen out of the town of Nacogdoches. Officer Brewer followed the vehicle to the parking lot of Valero on US-146. Brewer identified the driver as Christopher Nichols, 25, of Livingston. Brewer was soon joined by Officer Kevin Blackburn and Sergeant Lewis Milner. Nichols was placed under arrest and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered the vehicle and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
