Intoxicated and in Possession of Crack Cocaine, LIVINGSTON, February 7, 2017 - At approximately 11:45 pm on February 6, 2017, the Livingston Police Department was dispatched to the Pine Hills Apartments in Livingston to investigate a situation. A female resident who was home alone called the police to complain about a man knocking on her door. The woman didn't know who the man was. When officers arrived they approached the man whom they recognized from past arrests, and the man identified himself as Nigel Farr, 26, of Livingston. Farr was intoxicated and being placed under arrest for public intoxication and was found to be in possession of twenty sizable rocks of crack cocaine (felony).
