Long King Creek Wreaking Havoc, GOODRICH, August 28, 2017 - The torrential rains coming down in Polk County have forced Long King Creek up and out of its banks in some parts. The creek resembles a river rather than a creek. Particularly hard hit was the vicinity around Goodrich at El Camino Road and Gokeys Road. The entrance of Hoot Owl Hollow subdivision is at least waist deep in floodwater. Below are some pictures and a video.
