LISD Held the Official Ground Breaking for Construction of the New High School, LIVINGSTON, August 20, 2009 - At 9:30 am on August 20, 2009, members of the LISD School Board and Dr. Darrell Myers held the official groundbreaking ceremony for construction of the new High School that will be located on FM-350 South. High heat and humidity couldn't dampen the spirits of the School Board, Dr. Myers, and those who were in attendance for the historical occasion.
Kevan Wood with First Baptist Church of Livingston opened things up with a word of prayer.
