Open containers and cold beer: Officer Ashley Brame takes an inventory.
Altercation at Wal-Mart Leads to Arrest of 4, LIVINGSTON, April 2, 2010 - Shortly after 3 pm on April 2, 2010 an alleged altercation at Wal-Mart was reported to the Livingston Police Department. When officers arrived the suspects involved fled the scene. Officer Marty Drake spotted the suspects fleeing in a white Saturn sedan. Drake caught up with the ne'er do wells at a parking lot located next to La Colonia Restaurant located on US-146 in Livingston. It appears that the suspects were trying to elude Officer Drake as their car was now parked behind some trees. Drake pulled up and was quickly backed up by Sergeant Lewis Milner, Officer Chad Lilley and Officer Ashley Brame (all with LPD). Upon searching the vehicle, officers found open containers of beer, and a surplus of cold beer and.....a bottle of Vaseline (???). The driver was placed under arrest for driving with a suspended license and his three passengers were arrested for public intoxication. A rollback wrecker from LakeView Wrecker Service towed their vehicle and it will be stored at LakeView Storage in Livingston. The scene was cleared before 4 pm.

Another case of beer...and...???
Officer Drake pours out the beer from their open containers.
Mistreating the wrecker driver: Though the car was a Saturn, the suspects gave Wrecker Driver (Jeff) the key for a Ford. Jeff tries to call and get the right key.
