27 Year Old Man Apprehended for Public Indecency, LIVINGSTON, September 6, 2008 - Shortly before 7 pm on September 6, 2008 a Livingston man was apprehended when it was reported that a man was seen on Mimosa Street in Livingston wearing nothing more than a t-shirt. DPS Trooper Kevin Burman, Livingston Police Sergeant Scott Paske, and Officer Jason Thomas were dispatched to the scene and arrived to find Steven Bernard Price, 27, of Livingston on Mimosa Street with no clothes on. Price was quickly apprehended, cuffed, and covered. According to witnesses, Price had previously smoked a marijuana cigarette soaked in formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is used for embalming corpses. Price was loaded into a police truck and taken to Livingston Memorial Hospital. After Price was checked out by a medical staff he was released to his family.
