According to sources, there were approximately 4,000 people gathered at a property off Hall and Mack Road in Moscow starting on Friday evening. Attendees were alleged to have been blocking traffic on US-59, destroying Hall and Mack Road (unpaved road) with trucks, 4 wheelers, and motorcycles. Calls poured in to the Polk County Sheriff's Office from nearby residents. There was a lot of alcohol as it was a bring your own bottle event, and there was a lot of noise and rowdiness. Law enforcement officers had their hands full the entire day trying to end the disturbance. Deputies that work night shift were called in hours early to help. The event was supposed to take place in Houston, but the City of Houston did not allow it, so it appears that they just quietly (without informing local authorities about such a large gathering) changed it to a property off of Hall and Mack Road.
