A family member found 54 year old Anthony Malveaux, of Livingston, deceased in his home on Monday, January 27, 2014.
Deceased Man Found in Home, Suspicious Evidence Under Investigation, LIVINGSTON, January 27, 2014 - Sometime during the 11am hour on January 27, 2014, a family member entered the home of 54 year old Anthony Malveaux of Livingston. The family member found Malveaux deceased in his home (located at 317 FM-350 North) and contacted the Polk County Sheriff's Office. Investigators from the Sheriff's Office Including Captain Ricky Childers (lead investigator) and other investigators including Texas Ranger, Ron Duff initiated an investigation. The house was taped off as a possible crime scene. According to investigators, evidence at the scene suggests that there's a POSSIBILITY of foul play. Justice of the Peace, Darrell Longino, performed an inquest at the scene. A first-call car from Duncan Funeral Home transported Anthony Malveaux from the scene. Malveaux's body was sent to the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office to help determine the exact cause of death. Malveaux does have a history of health issues.

A first-call car from Duncan Funeral Home transported Anthony Malveaux from the scene.
