Howard Jay Lilley, 65, of Livingston
Former Polk County Justice of the Peace Arrested and Charged With Indecency With a Child, LIVINGSTON, January 11, 2012 - On November 6, 2011, the Polk County Sheriff's Office received a complaint in reference to an allegation of indecency with a child by contact.  The Polk County Sheriff's Office initiated an investigation.  While investigating this allegation of indecency, it was discovered that there were other allegations made of indecency with a child by contact in the past from other children.  Warrants were issued on Howard Jay Lilley, 65, of Livingston, for two counts of Indenecncy with a child by contact.

On January 9, 2012, Howard Jay Lilley turned himself in to the Polk County Jail and his bonds were set at $20,000 each.  Lilley is the former Justice of the Peace for Precinct 4 in Polk County.
