Rochelle and her co-occupant, both sustained major injuries in the accident.
Nearly Two Years Later...
I opened up my email on Sunday morning (04/07/19) and had received an email from someone who provided the link to the recent story out of Charlotte, Michigan. Ducharme allegedly lives in Galveston and was recently arrested and her name was flagged out of Michigan, and Michigan police are willing to extradite. The long arm of the law reaches all the way from Michigan into Texas for a crime that happened seventeen years ago. It APPEARS that Ducharme was running from her Michigan problems, but eventually, the slow turning wheels of justice caught up to her as Ducharme is now coming full circle with her past. - Editor
