Around 1:30 p.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, and Montgomery County Precinct 4 executed a search warrant at the home of 33-year-old Joshua David Fleet, who lives at 1670 FM 3277 in Livingston. Fleet admitted downloading and making images of child pornography available to others. A forensic triage of Fleet’s computer revealed around 100 images of child pornography involving male and female children, ranging in age from approximately 6, to approximately 15 years old.

Fleet told investigators he discovered his fascination with child pornography involving children around the age of 13 when he was 17 and first viewed some of the illegal images.
