Fire Heavily Damages Mobile Home, SPRING CREEK, May 31, 2013 - At around 11:30 pm on May 30, 2013, a fire was reported to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.  Volunteer Firemen from Livingston and Onalaska arrived to find a mobile home located at 265 Alston Creek Road on fire.  One corner of the mobile home had flames shooting through it to outside.  Deputy Byron Dunaway with the Polk County Sheriff's Office was the first emergency responder on the scene.  The residents of the home (home owned by Randy Lee, of Livingston) weren't at home when the fire started, but arrived to find smoke coming out of all crevices of the home.  Firemen managed to save the home from total destruction, but the interior had heavy fire, smoke, and water damage.  Fortunately, nobody was injured.  It is not known to PolkCountyToday.com if the home was insured.  The case will be turned over to Polk County Fire Marshall, Jay Barbee for investigation.

Special thank you:  Ken with Ken's Towing

Smoke billows from crevices all over the mobile home.
Flames were reportedly shooting out of the corner on the backside of the mobile home.
Multiple trucks from Livingston and Onalaska were on the scene.
