Firemen from Livingston arrived in Crystal Lakes to find this RV engulfed in flames.
RV Fire in Crystal Lakes, LIVINGSTON, January 8, 2012 - Shortly after 1 am on January 8, 2012, an RV fire was reported to the Polk County Sheriff's Office. The Livingston Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the scene with 2 tankers and a handful of fire fighters. Additionally Corporal Lee Rogers and Deputy Jacob Chapman were dispatched. Firemen arrived to find the medium sized RV located at 202 Gary Court in the subdivision of Crystal Lakes completely engulfed in flames. Firemen put the fire out within 20 minutes after it was reported, but the RV was totaled by the fire. Fortunately, nobody was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation by Polk County Fire Marshall, Jay Barbee.
