Sheriff's Deputies Apprehend Four Criminals, SEVEN OAKS, October 21, 2008 - Shortly after 10 am on October 16, 2008 the Polk County Sheriff's Office responded to a call regarding suspicious activity at the Seven Oaks Motel.  Deputies were informed that there were several people carrying chain saws and other equipment in and out of motel rooms.  Deputies were able to ascertain from the motel attendant that the suspicious activity was coming from rooms 10 and 14, both rented by one David Michels, 26, of Montgomery County.  Upon running a check on Michels, he was found to have a felony warrant for his arrest out of Montgomery County for aggravated assault against a public servant.  Deputies then went to rooms 10 and 14 and found Michels and placed him under arrest.
