The Polk County Agricultural Extension Office Offers Education and SO MUCH MORE!
Chad Arbuckle, 4-H Agent and Cassandra Coleman, FCS Agent with Texas AgriLife Extension performed programming at the local Boys and Girls Club. They are an official 4-H Club and the youth are participating in a Junior Master Gardener Program. They planted beans in a cup on this date and we discussed the plant growth cycle.
4-H Agent and Cassandra Coleman, FCS Agent with Texas AgriLife Extension performed programming at the Onalaska 4-H Club by providing a foods and nutrition program. The 4-H youth competed by participating in a "Food Challenge" it was a tie, great job to both teams!
