Livingston Man Facing Felony DWI Charge, LIVINGSTON, November 28, 2016 - At approximately 8:15 pm on October 27, 2016, Officers Tito Reyes and Chad Lilley with Livingston Police Department stopped a red 2008 Toyota Camry east-bound on West Church Street (across the street from Livingston City Hall). The car was spotted by other drivers who called in to the Polk County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff's Dispatch radioed to units to be on the lookout for the vehicle. When the officers spoke with the driver, Kevan Lee Keen, 49, of Livingston, they suspected intoxication. Officer Reyes conducted a field sobriety test on Keen and placed him under arrest for driving while intoxicated. For Keen, he already has two previous convictions of driving while intoxicated, making this (his third) a felony. Keen's vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.

After Keen struggled with the field sobriety test, Reyes placed him under arrest and charged him with felony DWI.
