Jeffrey Carter didn't like having his picture taken while being investigated by the Police.
Reckless Driver Busted for Driving While Intoxicated, LIVINGSTON, October 24, 2009 - Shortly after 8 pm on October 24, 2009 calls came in to the City of Livingston Police Department regarding a reckless driver that had come dangerously close to hitting other cars while driving on US-190 West near Wal-Mart. Livingston Police Officer Ashley Brame spotted the vehicle driving on 190 West in the west-bound lanes of traffic. Brame pulled the car over, a maroon 1996 Ford Crown Victoria. The car made a left on FM-350 South and pulled over in the parking lot behind the City Grill restaurant. The car was being driven by Jeffrey Carter, 21, of Livingston. Officer Brame asked Carter to step out of the car, Carter cooperated. As Brame was talking to Carter she smelled alcohol on Carter's breath. Within a couple of minutes Livingston Police Officers Jason Thomas and Sergeant Scott Paske arrived followed by DPS Trooper David Morris. Morris administered a field sobriety test on Carter and gave Carter a portable breathalyzer test. Jeffrey Carter was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Carter's passenger sent for a friend to drive the car away from the scene. The scene was cleared by 8:55 pm.
Carter's passenger was searched.

After a field sobriety test and a portable breathalyzer test, Carter was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Sergeant Scott Paske with LPD looks on.
Carter was taken to Polk County Jail and booked in.
