Deputy Justin Murdock was dispatched. Murdock arrived to find the man passed out in the driver's seat. When Deputy Murdock knocked on the window, the man wouldn't wake up. Murdock then banged on the window, banged on the truck door and the man was passed out hard. Other Deputies soon arrived to assist. With the truck sitting in the road causing danger to both the driver and other vehicles, and with the truck locked, the deputies had no choice but to break the window to gain access.
