State Game Warden Ryan Hall administers a field sobriety test on Linda Fisher of Onalaska.
Driving While Intoxicated Leads to Arrest of Mother and Daughter, LIVINGSTON, May 5, 2010 - Shortly before 1 pm on May 5, 2010, State Game Warden Ryan Hall spotted a 2001 maroon Dodge truck driving east on US-190 West headed towards Livingston. According to Warden Hall, the truck was driving erratically, swerving, weaving, and nearly leaving the roadway. Hall pulled the vehicle over in the parking lot of CVS Pharmacy in Livingston. The driver of the truck was Linda Fisher, 67, of Onalaska. Hall administered a field sobriety test on Fisher and placed her under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Fisher's passenger, Chris Rodriguez (Fisher's daughter) was also placed under arrest (for public intoxication). Upon searching the vehicle, Hall found two bottles of what appeared to be prescription medication. Both women were allegedly intoxicated from the pills. Hall placed Linda Fisher in his truck and called for support to transport Chris Rodriguez. Officer Ashley Brame with the Livingston Police Department arrived and cuffed Rodriguez. Both women were driven to the Polk County Sheriff's Office and booked into Polk County Jail. Fisher's vehicle was towed from scene by Ken's Towing and it will be stored at Pollock's Body Shop on US-190 East in Livingston.
