Trooper Ashlee White placed 37 year old Demitrus Thibeaux, of Houston, under arrest for driving while intoxicated.

Driver Arrested for DWI, SEVEN OAKS, March 31, 2018 - At approximately 5:20 pm on March 31, 2018, the Polk County Sheriff's Office received three different 911 calls in reference to a car that was north-bound on US-59 North. According to the callers, the driver was swerving all over the road. Trooper Ashlee White, with the Texas Highway Patrol caught up the vehicle (green Nissan Altima) and initiated a traffic stop at the rest area on the north-bound side of 59. Trooper White performed a field sobriety test on Thibeaux and placed her under arrest for driving while intoxicated (pills). White transported Thibeaux to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital where a blood sample was taken, and then transported her to Polk County Jail where Thibeaux was booked into jail. Thibeaux's vehicle was driven from the scene by her passenger who was not intoxicated.
