Dustin Bryan Buller assaulted his estranged wife and ransacked her house.
Intoxicated Man Arrested After Assaulting Wife, GOODRICH, December 10, 2008 - A call to the Polk County Sheriff's Office set off a man hunt after the estranged wife of Dustin Bryan Buller called and reported that Buller had assaulted her. At approximately 6 pm the call came in to Sheriff's Dispatchers of the assault. Deputies began searching in the Goodrich area for a small gray truck that Buller was allegedly driving around. Initially, deputies couldn't locate Buller, this enabled Buller to return to the house of his estranged wife and retaliate against her and ransack her house. Deputy Lee Rogers of the Polk County Sheriff's Office caught up with Buller and found him outside of his truck in the back of the parking lot of a truckstop in Goodrich. Buller was heavily intoxicated. Rogers apprehended Buller and placed him under arrest for public intoxication. Other charges are coming, pending the outcome of an investigation. Buller was hauled downtown and booked into Polk County Jail.
