Livingston Juvenile Arrested for DUI, Marijuana, LIVINGSTON, May 5, 2008 - Shortly after 8 pm on May 5, 2008, a vehicle was reported driving erratically on Highway 59 headed towards Livingston. Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Perry Alexander pulled over a late model white Mercury Cougar XR7 just north of the 59 overpass in Livingston. The driver was a 16 year old white male from Livingston and was found to be in possession of marijuana. A short time later Deputy Billy Duke arrived as the two deputies searched the car of the juvenile. The juvenile was taken to Polk County Sheriff's Dept. and his vehicle was towed away from the scene by Lakeview Wrecker Service.
