Multiple Arrests Made in Organized Drug Dealing Operation, GOODRICH, December 1, 2009 - Complaints from residents in the subdivision of Holiday Lake Estates set off an investigation that uncovered an organized narcotics dealing operation and culminated in multiple arrests. The complaints were in reference to the possible sale of illegal narcotics. A 2 month investigation was initiated by detectives with the Polk County Sheriff's Office during the months of October and November. The investigation resulted in multiple arrests and the issuance of warrants for other arrests.
Types of narcotics confiscated included methamphetamine, marijuana, and prescription medication.
The following is a list of suspects charged in connection with the illegal narcotics operation:
Tommy A. Jackson - Charged with and arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance (less than 28 grams), a state jail felony
William Craig Neyland - Wanted for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, (less than 28 grams) a state jail felony AN ACTIVE WARRANT IS OUT FOR NEYLAND'S ARREST
Marshall Shane Lovell - Wanted for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, (less than 28 grams) a state jail felony AN ACTIVE WARRANT IS OUT FOR LOVELL'S ARREST
Daniel Lollar - Charged with and arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), a felony 2
Derek Justin Hudepohl - Charged with and arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), a felony 2
Ashley Robinson - Charged and arrested for posession of a controlled substance, state jail felony
Joel Davis - Charged and arrested for posession of a controlled substance, state jail felony
