Two Busted for Possession, LIVINGSTON, November 8, 2011 - Shortly before midnight on November 7, 2011, a report of a suspicious vehicle was reported to the Livingston Police Department. The suspicious vehicle was a red Chevy Truck that was parked outside of Dr. Woodrum's Office off of US-190 West. Officer Adam Williford with the Livingston Police Department was dispatched to the scene along with Officer Jason Thomas and Sergeant Scott Paske. The vehicle was occupied by two males whose names were Justin Michael Bryant, 22, of Shepherd and Benjamin McDaniel, 24, of Shepherd. The vehicle left and drove to the Wal-Mart parking lot (in Livingston). Officer Williford approached the two men and gained consent to do a vehicle search. The search rendered drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana. Both men were placed under arrest and booked into Polk County Jail. The truck was towed from the scene by Big Jim Harwood.
After finding marijuana in the truck, Officer Adam Williford placed Justin Bryant of Shepherd under arrest.
A small amount of marijuana and pipes for smoking marijuana were found inside the truck.
Sergeant Scott Paske escorts Bryant to a unit to be taken to Polk County Jail.
