Narcotics Detectives Arrest 3, LIVINGSTON, June 21, 2012 - Sometime after 4 pm on the afternoon of June 21, 2012, Narcotics Detectives Chris Lima and Vance Berry with the Polk County Sheriff's Office moved in on a residence in the subdivision Oak Terrace located of FM-3126.  The residence was a mobile home in the 300 block of Brook Tree.  Berry and Lima arrested three suspects, one for possession of marijuana, and two for possession of a controlled substance.  One suspect, Daniel Enrique Rodriguez, 39, of Livingston, drove up on the scene right into the hands of police and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.  All three were booked into Polk County Jail.

Cody Reed Allemang, 21, of Livingston was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Natasha Ladawn Rodgers, 19, of Livingston was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
Daniel Enrique Rodriguez, 39, of Livingston, drove right up to the scene of the residence search. He was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and was arrested.
