Deputy Mike Nettles saw something that didn't seem right and acted quickly.
Alert Deputy Acts Quickly, 2 Arrested on Drug Related Charges, LIVINGSTON, June 21, 2012 - At around 2:45 pm on June 21, 2012 Deputy Mike Nettles with the Polk County Sheriff's Office was on duty and driving on North Houston near South Washington. Apparently as Nettles passed Z-Mart, he spotted suspicious activity going on out of the trunk of a car in the Z-Mart parking lot. Nettles immediately pulled up to the car and got out to investigate. Nettles was soon joined by Narcotics Detective Chris Lima and several officers with the Livingston Police Department. A search of the vehicle produced an undisclosed amount of marijuana. Vehicle owner Rehan Moonis, 28, of Cleveland, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of marijuana. Moonis is believed to be an employee of Z-Mart. Another Z-Mart associate, Adnan Motan, 32, of Livingston, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia when a search of his vehicle produced a jar filled with colorful glass pipes used for smoking marijuana (or other illegal substances like Fake Weed), and a supply of pipe screens were also found.

28 year old Rehan Moonis of Cleveland was placed under arrest and charged with possession of marijuana.
Detective Lima escorts Moonis to a patrol unit to transport Moonis to jail.
