Catrina Deshone Hunt, 41, of Douglasville, Georgia, was eating marijuana when she was pulled over by a state trooper.
Trooper Arrests Driver With 13 lbs. of Marijuana (She was eating it), SEVEN OAKS, May 26, 2015 - At approximately 10:29 am on May 22, 2015, Trooper Chad Seamans with the Texas Highway Patrol was patrolling in the vicinity of Seven Oaks when he pulled over a north-bound blue Dodge pickup that was trailing another vehicle too closely.  The driver pulled over to the right shoulder of the north-bound side of 59.  When Trooper Seamans spoke with the driver, Catrina Deshone Hunt, 41, of Douglasville, Georgia, he  observed that she was chewing on what appeared to be marijuana.  Additionally, Seamans could smell a strong scent of unlit marijuana coming from her vehicle.  Hunt admitted that she was eating marijuana (She told Seamans that that's all the marijuana that she had).  Seamans placed cuffs on Hunt and put her into his patrol unit.

She Lied, She Had More (much more)...
With probable cause established, Seamans conducted a vehicle search and found 13 lbs. of marijuana hidden under the back seat of the pickup in a Macy's bag.  To make matters worse, Hunt's pickup was displaying a license plate from another vehicle.  Hunt is facing charges of felony possession of marijuana, felony tampering with evidence (eating the pot), and operating a vehicle displaying a fictitious license plate.  Catrina Hunt is currently residing in Polk County Jail.  Her vehicle was recovered by Riley Wrecker Service out of Corrigan.

Trooper Chad Seamans displays 13 lbs. of marijuana that he found in Hunt's vehicle.
