Drug Bust at Gas Station, CORRIGAN, July 7, 2015 - On the afternoon of July 6, 2015, Officer Dakoda Hernandez with Corrigan Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a white Dodge Charger off US-59 in Corrigan. The vehicle, driven by Brandon Dewayne Timms, 26, of Winona, pulled into the parking lot of the Shell station. When Officer Hernandez spoke with Timms, he smelled a very strong scent of marijuana. Also in the car was Timms' passenger, Molly Elizabeth Mattoni, 19, of Roundrock. With probable cause established, Hernandez conducted a vehicle search. Hernandez found a baggie with 4 pills identified as Xanax inside Mattoni's purse. Additionally, Hernandez found a large bag in the trunk of the vehicle concealed in clothing. The bag contained nine ounces of marijuana, further, Mattoni had seven grams of marijuana on her person. Molly Mattoni was placed under arrest and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Brandon Timms was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
