Caught Red Handed, Sheriff's Office Responds Quickly, LIVINGSTON, November 29, 2011 - On November 28, 2011 at approximately 10 AM, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a call in reference to a burglary in progress in the subdivision of Dickens Oaks West. Deputies and Detectives from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a mobile home located at 255 West Dickens Oaks. Upon arrival Deputies observed two black males at the back of the residence. The subjects were detained and questioned by detectives. The alleged burglars were identified as Charles Wyatt, 20, and Kelvin Taylor, 29, both from the Livingston area.
Wyatt and Taylor allegedly made entry into the residence through the back sliding glass door which appeared to have been busted. The two alleged burglars also made entry into the portable building located at the back of the property.
Detectives and Deputies conducted a thorough search of the residence and property.
Both Wyatt and Taylor were arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail and booked in for burglary of habitation and burglary of a building.

Taylor and Wyatt allegedly popped this back door open to gain access into the mobile home.
