Dylan Parker catches a pass for a 2 point conversion following a Bulldog touchdown.
Bulldogs Beat Down Leon to Open Playoffs, CROCKETT, November 14, 2014 - The Corrigan-Camden Bulldogs played a Thursday night game in Crockett for their first round playoff against the Leon Cougars. The Dogs played a complete, well rounded game of football playing well both defensively and offensively. Offensively, the Dogs show up. You can count on it, but it was the defense that was noticeably improved as they came through time after time and holding the Cougars to a single touchdown and two point conversion. SCORING SUMMARY

The Leon Cougars were actually a quality team. They'd only lost 2 games this year and when the game began, the Cougars quickly answered the Dogs' 8 points with 8 points of their own. What made the big difference in this game for the Dogs was their defense stepping up and nearly shutting out a quality team. The Dogs seem to be peaking a just the right time. The Dogs' next game is against Rogers (a team of which I know nothing about). Willie P. Openshaw, Editor
Bulldog supporters put together a hillarious sign.
The Usual: Malyk Johnson breaks for a long touchdown.
Chris Reyes makes a nice open field tackle.
Johnson runs for another touchdown.
Keegan Mitchell carries the rock.
Sammy Martinez helps pave the way for Mitchell.
Ladarius Hamilton up ends a Cougar ball carrier with a bone jarring hit that brought the Corrigan fans to their feet.
Dogs about to punch in another TD.
Bulldog defenders register a quarterback sack in the fourth quarter (the Dogs had a number of QB sacks on the evening).
So let me get this straight: It's 32 degrees outside...
