Bulldogs Trounce Deweyville Pirates, DEWEYVILLE, November 2, 2014 - The Corrigan-Camden Bulldogs went to Deweyville and handily beat the Pirates with their usual game plan; run the ball, pound the rock, beat 'em down. That's the Bulldog way of doing things. Impose their will on their opponents with brute force at the line of scrimmage and a stable of running backs that are capable of breaking the long run everytime they touch the ball. This was a great game for the Dogs. This was a game that they were supposed to win, and again, they did so, convincingly. They could've ran up the score, but opted to run out the clock. The Dogs' last regular season game will be in Corrigan (thank God). I hated driving all the way to the Louisiana border for this game. I wonder why these district makers draw up these districts up like this. I guess it's easier said than done. Willie P. Openshaw, Editor
