Sheriff's Office Holds Blanchard Press Conference, BLANCHARD, February 11, 2019 - The Polk County Sheriff's Office held a press conference at 7 pm on February 11, 2019. Chief Deputy Byron Lyons stated that they do not yet have a suspect in the shooting that left 5 dead. The victims are Carlos Delaney, 74, Linda Delaney, 72, Randy Horn, 54, Ashley Delaney, 27, and Ranley Horn, 15 months. Ashley Delaney's mother was found locked and hiding in a closet and was safely transported away from the scene to be checked out by medical personnel and later questioned about the incident. Lyons stated that they are aware of rumors that Randy Horn allegedly killed his wife, her grand parents, his daughter, and then turned the gun on himself. Lyons stated that, pending results from the Jefferson County Medical Examiners Office, they're withholding any conclusions and that an investigation is well underway into what exactly transpired.
