Local Youth Assaulted in Restaurant Parking Lot, LIVINGSTON, February 2, 2009 - On January 29, 2009, at approximately 8:10 pm the Livingston Police Department responded to a disturbance call at El Burrito in Livingston near Baskin's Department Store. Officers Jason Thomas, Ashley Brame, and Sergeant Scott Paske were dispatched to the scene where the assault was to have occurred. The assault was reported to officers by the alleged victim who is 18 years old and is a resident of Livingston. According to the victim (whose name is being withheld pending investigation), two white males physically assaulted him in the parking lot as he was leaving El Burrito. At this time, the case is still under investigation with charges pending against the alleged assailants (whose ages are 22 and 27 years old and also reside in Livingston).
