Livingston Man Charged With Assaulting His Wife With Truck, LIVINGSTON, May 28, 2008 - According to multiple witnesses, on May 27, 2008 shortly before 8 pm, a Livingston man was trying to slam his late model white 4 x 4 Dodge truck into his wife's late model maroon Chevy Tahoe as she was driving on 59 North. Allen's wife was able to get away from him without harm and drove straight to the Livingston Police Department. The incident took place in the proximity of the 59 overpass in Livingston on the north-bound side. Witnesses phoned the Livingston Police Department and within minutes several Livingston Police patrol units had pulled over Johnnie Mickeal Allen of Livingston. Allen had exited 59 and went around to the south-bound side where he was pulled over by the Chevron station next to Wal-Mart. Livingston Police Officers, Darrell Neuman, Kevin Ward, and Sergeant Ronnie Bogany placed Allen under arrest. Allen was driven to Livingston Police Department where he was questioned and then was taken to Polk County Jail and booked in.
