Trooper Chad Seamans places 38 year old Crystal Graham of Vidor under arrest in the parking lot of Livingston Taco Bell.
No Seatbelt Leads to Arrest of Fugitive, LIVINGSTON, April 23, 2014 - At around 12:45 pm on April 23, 2014, Trooper Chad Seamans with the Texas Highway Patrol initiated a traffic stop when he spotted a driver with no seatbelt.  The driver and trooper pulled into the parking lot of Livingston Taco Bell.  The driver of the white Ford F-350 was identified as Crystal Graham, 38, of Vidor.  When Trooper Seamans ran Graham's license, he found that she had five warrants out for her arrest.  Seaman's placed Graham under arrest.  As per proper protocol, a wrecker was summoned to tow Graham's vehicle.  Further, this means that her vehicle must be inventoried.  When Seamans inventoried the truck, he found illegal prescription pills and charged her with possession of dangerous drugs.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered her vehicle and it will be stored at Harrsion Body Shop in Livingston.

Graham was taken to Polk County Jail.
Graham was also charged with possession of dangerous drugs.
Graham's vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing.
Houdini was on hand to assist with towing duties.
