Here's the Guy Who Robbed the AC Casino, LIVINGSTON, May 16, 2022 - The man who strong arm robbed the Alabama Coushatta Casino, by grabbing a customer's winnings and running, then jumping into a car and fleeing, was caught on Friday (May 13. 2022). Marquell Pierre Fitzgerald, 34, of Houston, fled from the AC Casino shortly before 6 am on Friday after grabbing a customer's winnings from their hands. Fitizgerald fled in a car and refused to stop as a pursuit was established. The chase went through Downtown Livingston and made its way all the way to Kingwood where, due to a tire that was gone and down to rim, Fitzgerald finally stopped and refused to exit his vehicle. Surrounded by armed police who weren't playing games, Fitzgerald finally exited his vehicle and was taken into custody. Fitzgerald now resides at the Polk County Jail and has been charged with evading arrest in a vehicle, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair, and striking another vehicle while driving.
