DPS Releases Name of 15 Year Old Livingston Minor Killed in Rollover Accident, LUFKIN, December 12, 2021 - The Texas Department of Public Safety has released the name of the 15 year old Livingston minor who was killed in a December 10 rollover accident that occurred at FM-3126 and Pinehurst Road. The following is a press release from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Lufkin:
Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is investigating a one-vehicle crash that occurred on, December 10, 2021, on Farm-to-Market Road 3126, about seven miles south of Livingston.
The preliminary crash investigation indicates at approximately 11:40 p.m., a 2007 Chevrolet passenger car was traveling west at an unsafe speed when it drove off the roadway to the right and overturned multiple times.
The driver is identified as Levi Campbell, 15, from Goodrich was transported to CHI St. Luke’s Hospital in Livingston where he was pronounced deceased a short time later. A passenger in the vehicle is identified as Randall Zachery, 23, also Goodrich was transported to Hermann Hospital in Houston for treatment.
This crash remains under investigation. Additional information is not available at this time.

Update on Fatal Roll Over Accident, BEACON BAY, December 11, 2021 - The fatal roll over accident that occurred at around 11:35 on Friday night off FM-3126 at Pinehurst happened when the driver, a 15 year old Livingston youth, entered a curve too fast and left the pavement to the right. The vehicle rolled multiple times ejecting the driver and the passenger, Zackery Randall, 23, of Goodrich. The 15 year old died enroute to the hospital. Randall was flown to Houston.

FM-3126 at Pine Hurst Road on Friday night (12/10/21)
1 Killed in Rollover Accident, BEACON BAY, December 11, 2021 - At approximately 11:35 pm on December 10, 2021, a white 2007 Chevy Malibu (names currently being withheld) was west-bound on FM-3126. For some reason, the vehicle left the pavement to the left to the soft ground and rolled three times coming to rest upright. During the rollovers, the driver and passenger were ejected from the vehicle. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office, and Trooper Nick Hatton with the Texas Highway Patrol. Alcoholic beverage was found in the vehicle wreckage. One of the vehicle occupants passed away while enroute by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital. The other occupant was transported by ambulance to Livingston Municipal Airport where a medical helicopter landed and transported him to Houston. The vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. This accident remains under investigation by the Texas Highway Patrol.
