Katherine Kessel-Reevis was trasnported to Livingston Memorial Hospital by Ambulance.
Driver Rolls Vehicle on FM-2457, BLANCHARD, December 6, 2010 - According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, at approximately 5:30 am on December 6, 2010, a blue 2002 Ford Expedition driven by Katherine Kessel-Reevis, 55, of Livingston, was east-bound on FM-3126.  Kessel-Reevis was on her way to work at the TDCJ Polunsky Unit and admittedly had ice on her windshield causing her to have limited visibility.  Kessel-Reevis came to a stop sign at FM-2457 (by Blanchard Baptist Church) but failed to stop.  Kessel-Reevis continued on and drove over 2457 and down an embankment causing her vehicle to roll.  Her Vehicle came to rest upright beside a large pile of debris.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched along with Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office and DPS Trooper Ramey Bass.  Kessel-Reevis was loaded onto an ambulance and transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Traffic on 2457 was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup.  According to Trooper Bass, the accident is under investigation, but she could be cited for disregarding a stop sign and no insurance.  A rollback wrecker from Fawbush Body Shop recovered her vehicle and it will be stored in Goodrich.  The scene was cleared by 6:30 am.
